Kingdom Services Group have a great opportunity for a Concierge Security Officer to join the team, working at a supported living site in the Bridlington, YO16 area.
Where: Bridlington, YO16 and surrounding area.
When: We’re looking to get the right person in to the team ASAP
Salary: £12.21 per hour
Hours: On average 48 hours per week, 3 On 3 Off, Night shifts as per site rota, 17:15 pm - 09:15 am.

Responsibilities:
- To act as first point of contact for clients and visitors
- Signing visitors in/out of building
- Ensuring the security of clients and the project is maintained by completing hourly patrols and recording appropriately, by monitoring CCTV and completing notes and clients and visitors movements.
- Completing visual inspections of the property and make notes to ensure health and safety requirements and maintained including fire procedures
- To report any out of hours emergency repairs
- Assist with access and monitoring of contractors
- To complete concierge check lists and feedback and record any relevant information in communication book and handover to day shift staff
- Complete incident reports if required
- Report any significant client issues to on call staff/supervisor
About you:
- Excellent communication & customer service skills.
- Professional in approach, with a balanced sense of judgement, and a keen eye for detail.
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential.
- A valid SIA licence.
- A full five-year checkable employment history.
- Must be willing to undertake an Enhanced DBS paid for by Kingdom.
